The customer service I get here beats any other bank I've been to and most CU's in Wichita. They get to know you and try to be as helpful as they can and still stay within bank policy. I find the quality of the employees and their customer care sets them apart. I highly recomend this branch and go here over other banks or even other fidelity branches.
