Poor Customer Service. I was extremely disappointed in this bank today. I went in with my brother and aunt today to have something notarized for her. She needed my brother and I to sign an insurance release so she could get a policy check to get a new air conditioner. Even though both my brother and her are long time account holders they refused to notarize my signature because I don't have an account.
