They are always eager to help you there quick on getting you a replacement card they're very polite and they are very acknowledgeable on any questions you ask them
I used to never have problems banking here. But in the past few years customer service has gotten worse and worse here.
There always super kind and don't mind staying after if needed to help resolve any issues
This bank RELIABLY only has 1 to 2 tellers working the front. I've come to expect, at least a 10 minute wait whenever I walk into your business. Tell the girls that are always hanging in the back counting money- to do their job and help customers. *Update 09/15/2025: Walked in today and there are 5 people waiting in line, while there is only a single teller working the counter in the lobby.
