Constantly depositing my checks into random strangers accounts, causing me a constant headache with getting MY MONEY back to me. Always a hassle. Give them my id and account number for my payroll deposits and they STILL MESS UP! in the time frame I use them there’s atleast 2-3 errors in a month with my finances. I highly wouldn’t recommend banking with them.
I opened an account at the end of March, I got out of a long relationship and started fresh. Fidelity has been absolutely wonderful. Yes there may be fees but most banks have them. It is well worth it in my opinion. Always nice and professional when I go in.
People are very friendly and helpful.... Great so far....
Coin machine don’t work so they take your coins to the back
These people are so awesome and helpful. I cannot believe I didn't start banking here earlier. You cannot go wrong with Fidelity and especially the south Seneca location!
