This bank RELIABLY only has 1 to 2 tellers working the front. I've come to expect, at least a 10 minute wait whenever I walk into your business. Tell the girls that are always hanging in the back counting money- to do their job and help customers. *Update 09/15/2025: Walked in today and there are 5 people waiting in line, while there is only a single teller working the counter in the lobby. I've lived in Wichita nearly 25 years. I've only banked at Fidelity Bank. I've never had a reason not to.

Constantly depositing my checks into random strangers accounts, causing me a constant headache with getting MY MONEY back to me. Always a hassle. Give them my id and account number for my payroll deposits and they STILL MESS UP! in the time frame I use them there’s atleast 2-3 errors in a month with my finances. I highly wouldn’t recommend banking with them.

I opened an account at the end of March, I got out of a long relationship and started fresh. Fidelity has been absolutely wonderful. Yes there may be fees but most banks have them. It is well worth it in my opinion. Always nice and professional when I go in.
