Great 24 hr full service bank. There is a lobby open 6 days a week as well as full service true 24 hr drive thru ATM access where you can do pretty much everything such as deposits, withdrawal, bill payments, as well as video customer service available from 9am till 8pm through the ATM screen. They also have same day debit card pickup created right at the branch which is very important.
I just love this bank and especially this branch. Damon is one of the managers and he will just make your day when you come in. My favorite online teller is Cathleen, she is just the sweetest lady and her smile makes me smile. Love Fidelity and their employees!

Had a bad experience with customer service there thats why prefer the interactive banking there they definitely got the rudest employees inside the building
