A bunch of "high school" "kids" ran a fidelity business....... with your money........(for minimum wage........) that goes to all branches
Actual terrible place to bank with and since I had the pleasure of dealing with with branch they get the review. I set up this bank account to mainly pay legal fees, there for not using it often I literally never check it “my bad” but I got negative 2 dollars and that made it to 106 without any knowledge to me. They said they sent a letter, I did t receive it even though I made sure to change my address when I moved. Went to deposit a check. They don't have pens in the drive thru and will not accept a check that is not signed.
