Opened a new checking account here. Three months and multiple attempts to get them to order checks and still no order placed to get me some checks for this checking account. Tried on the phone and using their app. Response from the app people said they ordered checks over two months ago for me. In bank people unable to view their own app responses. Closed the account and do not recommend this bank. The empty parking lot at the branch where account was opened should have told me what I needed to know.
