Awful customer service, very unfriendly and unhelpful. The lady I dealt with just seemed there to minimally do her job with a repulsive attitude unprovoked. I’m glad this wasn’t my first impression of the bank itself or else I wouldn’t be with this bank, but thankfully staff at their other branches have been kinder and more willing to help. This was my first time going inside of this branch because the atm outside was not working and that was a mistake I’ll never make again.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to meet my needs.
