Last year I moved my law office accounts from a much larger regional bank to Fidelity Bank. From the moment I began working with Fidelity, I felt like I mattered and my business mattered. This was extremely lacking at my former bank. I have been impressed by the impeccable PERSONAL customer service I have received thus far. I reached out earlier this week about obtaining a new mortgage and Fidelity does not have the decency to even call me back!!
