This was my first visit to a Fidelity Bank and it was like visiting a friends house. I was introduced to everyone there and the manager, Mary Jane, could not have been any nicer or friendlier. She helped me open my accounts, took lots of time with me. Due to a death in the family, I have had to deal with several other banks recently. Fidelity was like breath of fresh air, a very positive experience.
I have been going to this branch for almost 30 years . I have always found the employees to go the extra mile. That is why even though I have moved about 20 minutes away I still use this branch.
This is the best bank every. Customer service is excellent, everyone is friendly and very personable. The know my name when I come in the bank!!! You feel like family and wished me happy B-Day.
