I want to say thank you so much to Omar at Fidelity Bank for helping me thru a very stressful time and bveing able to setup the accounts I needed so quickly and in one visit. He made sure I had everything I needed before my appointment so there was no wasted time. He is so courteous and friendly and I loved doing business with him!!!

Was going to open an account at this branch, but walked out. Some witch with a capital B let out a huge sigh of disgust when I showed her a certain state issued form of id. Ended opening an account with another bank that has better customer service.
