Hi, I want to give a HUGE shout out to Fidelity Bank in Oxford NC. I'm sorry to say but I've lost several debit cards due to my own ignorance and the folks at Fidelity in Oxford have been sooo patient and understanding towards me. Also if there's anything popping up on my account that's out of the ordinary they let me know immediately. We chose Fidelity Bank in Burlington, NC for our church's business account because of the great hospitality that is always displayed. Megan and Kendall took the time to explain all the options available and treated us like we were royalty! All of the staff members are extremely nice. Whenever anyone walks through the door, the tellers and other staff members look up and smile. I love that they acknowledge everyone's presence, even if they are with another customer. They treat everyone like family!
Fantastic customer service! Tanita was extremely helpful with opening a checking account, looking at various CD options and even currency exchange for travel!
I have worked with Sharon Oakley at the South Church Street, Burlington office for a couple of years now. She is awesome. Goes above and beyond to help out in any way. She has made out transition to this bank easy and smooth.
