i am a mechanic so I am very particular when I buy a car I look over the entire car and I make sure it is in good shape before I buy it when I went to look at this Honda Pilot when I asked for the service history rami the sales advisory immediately printed the car fax for me! I noticed a couple things wrong. I told him it is going to need a belt, navigation cd, and the trunk handle needed to be fixed he immediately wrote it down and got everything squared away. I could not be more pleased with our find and the service at Fidelity Automotive. Our sales contact, Rami, could not be more helpful, proactive and available. He treated us as if we were buying a high end new car even though we got a great deal on a used one. And no pressure. In this market, especially where used cars are hard to find, I didn’t expect that. I would buy from Fidelity Automotive again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid car that you can feel confident driving off the lot.
