Delayed initially, then on delivery day one hour before scheduled arrival time, I get an email their truck broke down. Tried calling their 1-800 number and no one to answer. This company is a complete mess
I ordered a treadmill from Amazon and Fidelitone. Amazon communicated it was expected to arrive on 5/23/20 by Fidelitone, is the party shipping company that Amazon uses. I contacted Fidelitone to provide them an updated contact number, a very nice woman advised me that treadmill had not arrived to them yet and they had no idea why it was delayed an extra week from Amazon.
