Completely useless. The "tracking" system only provides a vague delivery window, and their customer service line closes earlier than the website states. There’s zero communication throughout the process. Even when I manage to reach customer service during their listed hours, the information they provide is so minimal that calling feels like a complete waste of time. My delivery was originally scheduled for three weeks ago, then rescheduled to now, but at this point, I’m starting to doubt if my product will ever arrive.

Nice folks here, But Very. Very. Very slow loading. Don’t come hungry or short on hours because you’ll be here awhile live loading.

An absolute nightmare to work with! Originally told us our delivery was going to be a month from when they had our purchase in their warehouse. Cancelled our first delivery last minute. Rescheduled for a few days later with a delivery window of 5-7. No communication from them all day. It’s now well past the delivery window and still nothing. Their tracking feature is useless and just tells us the delivery window. Customer service is conveniently done for the day with no after hours point of contact. Not bad when backing into a dock but miserable if you gotta back in to fenced in area to left of entrance.
