Great place to come too and unload. And it’s on a Monday so it’s not like a Friday fresh week. He took me right in at 6am had me unloaded in a hour full truck. Restrooms inside available. Everyone there were super gracious and friendly. I did park on side of road plenty of parking. A lot of homeless but don’t bother you. Ta 1 mile away but it’s always full and all parking is paid parking. They do have a restaurant inside ta.

Office guy was awesome super friendly and helpful. Lot was a little tight but not too bad, make sure trailer is very clean ( no holes, no nails, no glass) or it will get rejected. Check in office is down the narrow path between the chain link fence that divides the businesses

Be careful with this place if you have unloading here. The conditions of cargo transportation here are different from those when it was loaded to you. The warehouse staff may, at their discretion, assess that your cargo has been damaged and refuse to accept it. As a result, they will multiply every little thing by four. Find out about the details of cargo transportation in advance, even when loading it. I thank their team for spending Easter Sunday at the gas station next to the unloading.

Nice respectful people work in shipper/receiver office. Office is down a long narrow gate along the exit entrance where the separation begins into the next building. Picture of the long gate follows into the office with the guy standing outside the door and press long slender door bell at bottom that looks like a clear light but not a light. Speaker will let you in.
