I am currently enrolled in a 30 day Fidelis Fit program (Forward March). For being an online program I still feel like I get personalized coaching from Nick. Proof that distance isn't a factor (heck, different countries for that matter - Calgary, Alberta CANADA!). With the exercise and videos, meal plans/shopping list and helping to change my mental focus away from things that didn't work (calorie counting, "fat free/low fat") has been extremely helpful.
