I was trying to get services for my disabled family member and I was rudely hung up by an employee. Please someone contact me because this needs to be addressed, I will gladly go over the details that I have. This person should not be working there.
I lost my husband abruptly last year and my Heath insurance was dropped immediately Millie helped me relentlessly until I she was able to obtain Heath insurance for me she was kind compassionate at a time when I needed it and she went over and beyond and did it again for me this year I can’t thank her enough
I called a few times to make an appointment to renew my insurance over the last few weeks. After giving my information and my cell phone number "in case we were disconnected," I was left on hold for several minutes. Got disconnected and no call back. Today October 23 I went to the office since calling wasn't working. The office is closed and empty. I then went to the nearest office and it was closed as well. I called the phone number and no one is answering, no voicemail. Not the way to do business!!!!!!
