I came on here to change my review after I spoke to someone Today 2/12/26. The approval authorization paperwork for me to work has not been sent over to PPL. I was told it was. My Aide is trying to have a paycheck for next week. PPL is closed on Monday a Holiday. So no Hoilday pay if she works. As of 2/13/26 The problem has finally been taken care after phone calls back to back on 2/12/26. It takes time but a consumer shouldn't be calling a whole bunch of times to make sure its done.
I do not like dealing with this insurance company. I need paperwork sent over and there is no communication or urgency with sending. Can talk to an agent but they can only do so much.
Terrible! After waiting on the phone line exactly for 1 hour, I didn't get any live Agent!!!
