The worst. Trying to reactivate my sons insurance and no help whatsoever. Over the phone telling me to come over and they’ll help me a lot more. Now i have to wait an hour to have a representative to help me out. I have no time to wait to find treatment for my son!! You guys dont care about people looking for help. You guys dont care about your jobs whatsoever. You guys are useless
