I walked into this Fidelis office this afternoon full of anxiety because of the Essential Plan 200-250 no longer being available for me. I signed in and waited patiently for assistance. I was weary about this visit because of previous reviews. I'm so glad I took a chance. Ms. Nancy Marrero assisted me and she was so helpful. Le voy a dar una estrella porque ya me cansé de luchar con este seguro y este será mi último año con Fidelis, para todo siempre tengo que hacerle una apelación. Dan demasiado brega para aprobarte las cosas. Hacen la gente estresarse.y cuando le da su estrella por aquí te comentan que le escriba o los llame igual vas a seguir no hacen nada.
