I have just spent 34 minutes attempting to pay my paper bill via credit card over the phone. Fidelis is working so hard at not having any people picking up phones that the number of IVR choices in their phone menu system was 8 choices on four different selections. There is a one paragraph description of why to use each different extension. This is so people last and a direct disrespect for the value of my personal time. Horrible insurance company. And I can't stress enough how horrible they are. I'm an independent contractor pediatric homecare nurse and refuse all Fidelis cases because they don't pay the nurses for MONTHS or longer. They make them jump through hoops for months for a simple answer. The customer service people are incredibly rude and unhelpful.
