I went to Fidelis Care office in Patchogue to renew my insurance plan and was very happy on how they were so polite and went over all the plans available to me. I Want to say thank you to Mayra Nunez the supervisor and receptionist who assisted me in my renewal of my health insurance coverage.
Myra was AMAZING... she guided me through the process of appeal to allow me to select Fidelis after provider no longer accepted HealthFirst and made the transition happen. Myra was very personal and efficient and I cannot thank her or refer her enough for anyone's needs. Thank you, Myra
Unbelievable service from the moment my wife and I walked through the front door. We had the pleasure of speaking to Myra Nunez, who is so polite and very professional. We explained to Myra that I'm in the construction field and will be retiring from my company with no medical benefits. She explained all of our options and literally in 20mins had us approved.
