Please People don't get Fidelis this Insurance is a waste of time. I been waiting 3 months for a Operation and a MRI. and I was schedule for my Appoitment 1 day before they call saying that the Insurance Denied it. what a nice way to go and treat American People. and in the process of joining the Military. Fidelis is Garbage.
This company is horrible if you have to deal with them through New York State of Health. They do not communicate with each other. I've spent over 10 hours on the phone with each of them over the last month. They cannot get transactions posted properly. This is a complete nightmare dealing with them and NYS of Health.
