WORST INSURANCE EVER!! I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. IF YOU ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR THEY NEVER TRANSFER ME TO THEM AND THEN THE GIRL TRIGGERS MY ANGER BY SAYING I DON'T UNDERSTAND!!!! THEY HAVE NO EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH PATIENTS AND THEY ARE CONSTANTLY TRIGGERING A RESPONSE. WORST PLACE EVER
I been with Fidelis care for over 5+ years and the experience is so wonderful thanks to Lillian C. She goes above and beyond and is very dedicated to what she loves to do, help people. I would recommend Lillian C. to be your representative or to anyone that has already Fidelis care or is looking to change their health plan to Fidelis care.
My experience was great. I dealt with Lillian Carrasquillo and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have recommended her to friends and family who also had the same experience.
