I wish I could rate this place 0 star. There’s a staff who is age 50+ ( long hair) Chinese lady. She is extremely rude. She gave me the worst experience as an assistant ever. She is unprofessional. Lacking of the basic knowledge of the insurance. Lacking understanding of the client request. And shows her attitude to a 9 month pregnancy client. Terrible customer service. 👎👎👎 Front desk lady so rude.
I hardly get answer from my fidelis care agent . i felt she hates her job, or she has another job, Maybe this is her Second career. my insurance need renew end of this month, contact her 10 days ago, until now, result, no feed back. text and voicemail her this morning, still no answer. I don't know what to do? who i should get help? only few days away, i m out of renew time, i write here to see anyone can help me out?
