My dentist send in a prior authorization for a partial so I’m able to chew and not be in so much pain! I have three in the back missing and yes I take care of my teeth very well but I did have to lose three of my back teeth they told my dentist I have enough teeth back there to chew no I don’t!!!! This is so ridiculous!!! Steer clear of fidelis!!!
Do not get this insurance when. I asked if I could cancel after I got work insurance they said, no it lasts all year. When I asked to make my work insurance primary they said ,that it was, but it urned out it wasn't for months. They deny most things I need the first time and even after appeal. Noone at their office can answer any question I have correctly.
