Do not jump through there hoops they want yiu to have a in home visit which if yiu have a doctor like i do you really dont need but I did it because the lady said oh you get a gift card and who in this day doesn't want and hand with groceries well as usual they lied nothing came that lady probably kept the damn thing and I had to deal with a stinky doctor supposedly more like a pa but whatever they lie be warned
Fast service and food pantry was a hook up
I had Aja Mckenzie and she was just absolutely wonderful! She talked to me about everything. I just loved her . Happy she is my Representative. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience with Fidelis.
