Do not hire!!! We hired Fidele Solutions to re-glaze, clean, and restore our windows. The team did remove some of the old storm windows; however, in doing so, they caused thousands of dollars in damage to the windows, frames, shutter and glaze. We chased Ari, the Fidele Solutions owner, for weeks to come back and finish the job. Eventually, he said “they just can't do it”. He also hasn’t refunded us for the damages.
