We contacted last year to have a well installed. Initially work with kevin. We decided to have the well installed and down payment was made of a few thousand bucks. At some point communication became very poor and it was difficult to contact kevin. Eventually Troy made contact with me and we worked with him. The well was installed and because of a rock a 6-inch well was drilled instead of a 4-in and the cost was thousands more.
