Terrible communication. Ordered water test Oct 31st, said they’d do it on 3rd or 4th of November. Followed up several times over the past two weeks and they don’t have an answer if it’s been completed or not.. came highly recommended but will certainly not reach out to them for any future business or recommend… very unprofessional in my opinion.
