When I realized my hydrant head had cracked from not being properly winterized, Fideldy Bros was able to come out that same week to replace it. Then, when I discovered an underground water leak the following week, they returned my call on a Sunday, came out on Tuesday and made sure the problem was fully solved. They even said they'd come back out in the fall to teach me how to winterize properly next year, or do it for me so I wouldn't have to worry. Terrible communication. Ordered water test Oct 31st, said they’d do it on 3rd or 4th of November. Followed up several times over the past two weeks and they don’t have an answer if it’s been completed or not.. came highly recommended but will certainly not reach out to them for any future business or recommend… very unprofessional in my opinion.
