Waited a hour and half. They were no shows. Called to get an ETA and they tried to reschedule to the next day or charge an additional $100. Total scam.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING. Took almost 5 minutes for someone to answer the first call. The last took my info including card number for payment. I had to ask how long she was gonna hang up and not tell me. Again, at just after midnight. Told her I was stuck outside with my keys locked in my trunk. I was told I would get a text with a link to fill out a confirmation for to get someone dispatched to help me. And she told me after that someone would call me to confirm etc. Got an e... read more
