Ordered 4 meals to go at 6:35 pm over the phone tonight. Was told it would be ready in 20-25 min. Our son went to pick it up and was told the lady that answered didn’t place the order! He ordered it again and we didn’t get food until 8:00 pm. 2 hours!!!!! If it wasn’t paid he would have left! Not sure we will be back! Your food is great but your service has really gone downhill over the past few months!
The server was not friendly, our party of 7 had 6 entirely empty drinks before we received any refills. The food was under seasoned and over cooked. The steak had zero seasoning at all and was severely dry and undercooked. I ordered a medium rare steak and received this instead. The only thing that was good was the cheese bites.
