I just wanted to start off with saying that I was ordering a bouquet from out of state. I could not have asked for better customer service. The staff is friendly and amazing to work with. The bouquet that I ordered was perfect! Thank you so much! Will be returning in the future😃
I called from out of state to get a nice bouquet delivered right when they opened. They were booked already for the week and made an exception for me, then beautiful flowers arrived early and precisely as described over the phone.
The mother of a good friend of mine had passed away. I called this florist twice - once to place my order and once to confirm the ship date. Both times the same associate answered the phone. Both times this associate was rude, dismissive, and standoffish. Unhelpful and even combative. Very poor embarrassing customer service. Will not be giving Fiddlehead my business again.
