That's no exaggeration, the same part with the same machining tolerances that cost $120 with chemical surface coating from a well-known Chinese manufacturing company, was quoted at over $1200 from Fictiv for just the part alone no finishing or post-processing. Great company to work with for prototypes and manufacturing
I ordered this product to be made in clear "glass-like" looking plastic (Accura ClearVue). It arrived not clear at all as you can see from the photo. I tried to contact their customer service - no response. Bad business, don't waste your time and money. There are many companies who can do much better job.
