Very polite, professional, and prompt. Arrived ahead of schedule (called ahead beforehand), had very straightforward and reasonable pricing, and performed a very quick and satisfactory toilet replacement job. No gimmicks, just quality service at a good price. Highly recommend.
Set an appointment to arrive from 8:30am to 8:44am, ring camera shows they arrived at 8:24am. No one was home have to take kids to school. On the way home I (husband) see the fickwood truck just parked around the corner just sitting. I get back by 8:30 no one shows we called multiple times no answer
I have called upon this company twice and am going to call them again this week. The people are friendly, knowledgable and do a great job. Pricing is fair.
