My AC was leaking. American Homeshield assigned Fick's. Dereck came on time, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! Explained everything clearly and was polite. Thanks Dereck!

My service technician, Danny, was very courteous and professional. He even the locked the back door when he was finished.
requested service through my home warranty that is American on 1/30/25. Technician came out a few days later and said it was my motor in my furnace and they would have to see if they were going to replace my furnace or motor. Followed up several times to inquire and they eventually stopped answering my calls or returning my messages.
