Great work and above and beyond service. I want to take Thanksgiving as the time to thank the team at Fick's for delivering a Christmas miracle Dec. 23, 2024 so that I was able to drive our gift laden car to my parents. Despite the tight timeline, the work was done professionally and with care. It was the last Christmas we had with my father who passed away this March. We found Fick Auto body because we had Fick Auto detail ceramic coat and ppf my 24 4Runner TRD Pro. When a deer decided to cave in my passenger side, deploying all airbags there was only one choice. Absolutely seamless service and work. They know how to handle car manu8and insurance companies. When they finished, back to the detail shop to reapply my ceramic and ppf. Can't recommend this place enough!!!

Ficks surpassed my expectations by miles. Jennifer is amazing and extremely helpful. She got all my insurance stuff figured out and dealt with all that so I didn’t have to. They also offer loaners which most places seem to be shying away from and for FREE! The repairs look amazing and to top it off they detailed it! What a nice surprise! I’d recommend them to everyone.
