I called because of a problem with my slide out. I was on day 4 of a month-long road trip and my slide malfunctioned. Even though the tech who answered the phone was on a service call he took the time to talk me through what I needed to do to get the slide into a safe position and he gave me recommendations on where I could take my travel trailer for a more substantive assessment and repairs.

Completed job quickly and efficiently. Has so much RV knowledge. Very good work. I have used him twice in a week (unclog black water tank and repair heater). Only drawback is his communication and timeliness could be better. Because his other appointments may be out of cell service range he might not be able to receive and/or send messages timely. Also his prior appointment may take longer than he projected so he might be late by the time he gets to you. However, once he gets there you’ll like his work! Excellent fees also. ... read more

Excellent proficiency, efficiency and craftsmanship. He tore out completely and reconstructed my longest slide floor after water decayed a large area. Slide looks amazing, sturdy, and definitely professional! His choice in flooring matched and is perfect. I totally trust his decisions even tho he consulted with me about each. He also replaced my toilet that took a few days to come in so he set me up with a loaner toilet while I waited. Never borrowed a toilet bf lol. Called him, told him auto park light on, would go in gear but want move. He came first day, over 200.00 said needed 40.00 part, came back later said he put part on. Was suppose to ck fridge and everything else, said he didn't, breaker kept going on. Than said it was cylinder and he couldn't do that, didn't know how. I don't know where all these good reviews are coming from, we had an appointment with this company on Tuesday. Not giving us a time that he would be here, but when he was done, he would be here. We text him and called him a couple different times, and he never once responded. We sat at home all day on Tuesday in 85° weather with no air-conditioning thinking he may show up any second.
