Fix the AC here. Please. We live in the condos next to this place and the AC is so loud, louder than 95 DB which mean that it is harmful to the human ear which can be taken to court upon. Please fix this issue if you don’t want that to happen. Thank you.
The manager here is mean, rude, and does not care about the tenants OR their care. Every interaction I have had with him has been negative. So many others in the building have had the same experience. Last year, the air conditioning was broken for weeks and the elderly population was suffering greatly from the heat. Nothing was done until the local news showed up and did a story. Don't move here, or let your parents live here. They do not care.
