Extremely frustrated with Meritage not standing behind their warranty, and cutting corners in construction at every possible opportunity to save a buck or two. Make sure you have your own inspector look over their work at every possible opportunity and push back hard when Meritage states that it is cosmetic or doesnt need to be fixed. Behind the scenes of my home i found all sorts of problems like misaligned junction boxes, unsealed insulation, bad lightswitches, and low quality plumbing fixtures that eventually leak. Great location in Berthoud, not sure about the patio door design, though. Facing into your neighbors unit, unless you pay extra for an end unit. Nice though.
