Service support is very poor…. Online service technicians also wasting times to diagnose the problems. They does wrong diagnose and wasting time and spares. One Installation Guy Mr.Moinudeen is very rude guy and he won’t follow any safety inside the working plant. FICEP needs to strengthen their service team extend their service 24*7. Other brand machine which we have in our facility Best Service support 24*7.
