This is only for Mexican female, late 40's, short hairs and wears glasses who works upstairs shipping. She dosen't want to leave her chair. when other lady tries to help me, she kept talking to her. This female has zero work ethics, i was invisible for this employee. I am informing my company about this too. Honestly as a Driver we don't get much respect but this was really below the belt.. I am never coming again..
They have no respect for truck drivers. Entitled lady at receiving counter takes her job seriously. Don't show up 1 min early they will not help you.
FIC makes contents to on reviews. So their employees are force to give good review. treat people really Bad have a big turn around and harassment is top in these work place
Trucker i picked-up a load from here, fast loading n friendly forklift drivers took longer for paperwork to get ready i was loaded before that. Driver washroom is available n curve-side overnight parking is available inside company, shipping n receiving hours 5am-5pm CST. Shipping office towards left after entering door on 1st floor same place where driver's washroom available.
