Ordered a pool heater two weeks ago. The heater came damaged. Fibropool would not let us return the heater. They told us the heater would still work and to use it. Tried to contact them and once we spoke to someone they were rude and kept hanging up un us. Will never buy anything from them again.
Thiefs!!!!! Took my parents money, gave them a broken water heater. They won't respond or call back.
Awsome company that makes a great product.
