Professionalism is top tier!! From the doctors to the staff! I’ve had a wonderful experience during a rough time in life, which is almost unheard of these days. I started with Dr Shaw - she explained everything well from start to finish - top to bottom. I had to change to Dr Slonim for my procedure, due to some scheduling conflicts. She and her staff made me feel calm and peaceful instead of nervous and anxious. The team worked so cohesively. My mom and I were impressed!!! I’m very satisfied with the level of care I received from Dr. Shaw and her staff. Dr. Shaw is knowledgeable and cared to answer every question I had prior to my procedure. Her staff is efficient and professional. The level of care was excellent from Dr. Shaw and her staff personally walking me to my car after the procedure to following up afterward. I felt they cared about me feeling comfortable prior and after my UFE procedure. Highly recommend.
