I had purchased a Groupon voucher with them and despite explaining my circumstances that my partner had tested positive for COVID the night prior to my appointment, they simply brushed me off and told me to refer to their policy which states that COVID is no longer an unprecedented event and that I should had known that my partner would had tested positive 72 hours prior !
