Very disappointing experience!! Load was picked up in Constantine, MI as paper/cardboard products with only a single layer of plastic — completely inadequate for the distance and exposure. From the start, it wasn’t properly protected. Only a small portion of the top got wet during transit, not the entire load. I offered a fair 50% settlement due to shared responsibility, but their customer refused and tried to hold me 100% liable and even charge full mileage to Florida. They have overnight parking pot box outside . I came for delivery here appointment is 0730 I check in 0700 reciver said back up on at 0730am and they start on time .
Don’t come here for nothing here they take a long time I had an appointment for 2 pm and I’ve been here for 5 hours and still the worst place to deliver
No issues getting unloaded. Overnight parking ok in the driveway.
