Delivery, facility is appointment only I think they work from 7am - 4pm. I had appointment scheduled at 8am, checked in at 7:50am and checked out at 9:20am. No overnight parking on facility, but on road you can. Ok space for backing on docks. I had good experience with this company.
Worst company ever you needs all day long to got loaded it’s not worth it
Very disappointing experience!! Load was picked up in Constantine, MI as paper/cardboard products with only a single layer of plastic — completely inadequate for the distance and exposure. From the start, it wasn’t properly protected. Only a small portion of the top got wet during transit, not the entire load. I offered a fair 50% settlement due to shared responsibility, but their customer refused and tried to hold me 100% liable and even charge full mileage to Florida. They have overnight parking pot box outside . I came for delivery here appointment is 0730 I check in 0700 reciver said back up on at 0730am and they start on time .
