I have been working with this law firm for 5 years. The way they handle their clients/cases is truly phenomenal. You don't ever leave a message to receive a call back during normal business hours. I never once felt like a number, even though they deal with large numbers of clients for certain types of cases. I was never ever rushed off the phone, and Shona, the lovely lady I spoke with often, was very thorough in answering my questions with great detail.
