We had a warranty issue with older Fibertec windows which was handled smoothly, efficiently and courteously by Andrey, the Service Manager. The two replacements were manufactured and held for us for some time without complaint, until we were ready for them. It was a pleasure dealing with Andrey as the face of the company, and the 17 fiberglass windows we have bought from Fibertec 15 years ago, have been a good investment in our home.
Zero customer support. Word of warning. DO NOT PAY FOR SERVICE IN ADVANCE! Basically they steal your money. Sliding patio door track failed, likely due to weight. Logically a warranty issue but I just want it fixed. They sent a tech. I paid for his time and parts in advance. $811. Tech said entire patio door frame needed replacement. That was 22 days ago. So far NO RESPONSE to repeated requests for follow up.
