I would not even give them 1 star but have to give at least one to write a review. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my order, The phone number is always answered by an answering machine. I have emailed them 3 times and still have not received a response. I will be reporting them to the BBB and letting my CC company that they are a fraud. DO NOT order from this company.
I have had the same experience as Christine except that it has been two months since I placed my order.
