Doesn’t even deserve one star! Installed carpet for a complex in Lehi and had to move a bed downstairs because of miscommunication with a woman working at the complex. They marked up the walls going down the stairs of this beautiful townhome and ruined the bed frame. THEN to top it off one of them was a complete psycho and wiped their feces on the end of the mattress. YES FECES! It caused a chain reaction of problems for the apartment complex, they lost the new tenant, and had to pay for the entire bed and mattress. Who know... read more
I’ve worked with Fibers employee and installers for years, they’ve been extremely professional & their quality of work is great. If there is an issue they are quick to resolve the matter. The employees in the office are the best. Fiber’s- Thank you for all you do and all your hard work! Devan M.
I guess it's common to fill up people's dumpsters with your trash. It says you're contractors, then you would deal with your own waste. Also your employees are super disrespectful and block people's driveways. And they don't move when asked multiple times. I would never recommend this company to anyone because if these reasons.
