I was a customer for over 10 years. I changed internet providers because I could get a much faster internet service at comperable pricing elsewhere. When I cancelled my service I had pre-paid for the year and had 8 months left. Fiberpipe refused to refund my pre-paid internet fee costing me about \$150. They also used/supported antiquated modems with poor reliabliliy and wifi capabilities.
