These folks are awesome. Knowledgeable, patient, ultra-pleasant, and they know how to treat a small customer right. I bought my INNO fusion splicer from them, and I recommend them highly.
One of our Sumitomo fusion splicers was a little bit of an older model and Sumitomo would not work on it, as they only supported the newer models. Found Fiber Optic Resale online and called. Sara was very knowledgeable and responsive and we sent them the splicer for repair and calibration. The turn around time was great and the splicer is back to working great. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
