The D-Ring fastener that attaches my boat to the trailer hook strap pulled through my hull rendering me non-mobile. I couldn’t pull my boat to the boat ramp to take my customers on a fishing charter. I called Scott and informed him of my situation. Scott was an hour away at the time of my call. He rushed back to his shop and told me to meet him.
